Alakazam has great speed even without Mega Evolution, but after the additional transformation, it gains incredible acceleration. This gives it an advantage over rivals like Mewtwo and Gengar, making it extremely effective on the battlefield.
9. Shadow Rider Calyrex – Speed 150
Calyrex can assume two forms – Shadow Rider and Ice Rider. The latter is more defensive. In Shadow Rider form, it gains the ability to keep pace with the most demanding opponents, primarily thanks to its incredible attack and speed stats.
8. Deoxys – Speed 150
Deoxys appears on our list three times, demonstrating its speed. In its normal form, it’s as fast as its Attack form, but both are slower than its Speed form. Known as the DNA Pokémon or the Space Virus, it requires incredible speed to navigate space.
7. Deoxys Attack Form – Speed 150
This form is characterized by high attack and speed. This is essential for dealing massive damage in combat. However, its main drawback is its extremely low defense, which rivals even the worst creatures. Despite these minor drawbacks, it is an extremely valuable ally that will undoubtedly strengthen many teams.
6. Mega Aerodactyl – Speed 150
Thanks to its Mega Evolution, Aerodactyl is eligible for this list. This prehistoric Pokémon is known for its dominance of the skies. Its flight ability allowed it to easily hunt its prey in a time when Pokémon moved slowly through the skies.
5. Electrode / Hisuian Electrode – Speed 150
Electrode, like its Hisuian counterpart, possesses incredible acceleration, likely due to its streamlined and aerodynamic shape. Electrode can learn the Reflect and Light Screen attacks, which can be extremely useful, especially if it’s the first to move onto the battlefield.
4. Pheromosa – Speed 151
The Pokédex entry tells us that Pheromosa can traverse the world at incredible speed. It’s no surprise, then, that this is also reflected in its stats. Furthermore, thanks to its Beast Boost ability, each defeated opponent further increases its highest stat. This makes Pheromosa a true speed demon.
3. Ninjask – Speed 160
It debuted in Generation 3 and immediately became one of the fastest on the battlefield. Its incredible speed allows it to outperform not only legendary Pokémon but also all Ultra Beasts. Unfortunately, its other attributes don’t really allow it to compete with the aforementioned individuals.
2. Deoxys Speed Form – Speed 180
The final form of Deoxys. Its body is sleek and aerodynamic, and its head has a streamlined shape, emphasizing its maximum speed. Its distinctive, ribbon-like arms resemble curved blades, giving it a dynamic appearance. In this form, Deoxys reaches incredible speeds, surpassing most Pokémon.
1. Regieleki – Speed 200
Regieleki debuted in Generation 8 as the fourth Legendary Titan. It’s the fastest Pokémon in the series ever, and its incredible speed guarantees it the first strike in virtually every situation. Furthermore, its ability enhances Electric attacks, making it incredibly powerful when dealing damage.
